Julia, founder of Food and Success, embarked on her journey in the foodservice industry in 2011. With degrees in Philology and International Economic Relations, she established the Food & Success company to provide educational programs for restaurateurs and chefs worldwide.
Julia also leads the Trend Lab with a team of researchers, delivering strategic market research to support restaurants and investors in planning for the future. Together, they provide future-oriented strategic and marketing consultancy for restaurant companies, investors, and hospitality brands, helping them integrate trends and foresight into their business strategies and everyday operations.
Julia is a lecturer and moderator at hospitality and foodservice events and regularly conducts corporate workshops, online and in-person lectures, and executive training programs for restaurant groups and F&B companies.
With a vast global network in the HoReCa industry, she facilitates cross-cultural collaboration and the implementation of forward-thinking ideas.
